failed github install

if you've landed on this page you've failed to install the github app, or you've been exploring the documentation. there are four logical reasons as to why the installation has failed:

1. you're not logged in
2. the authorization "code" passed from github has expired
3. you haven't selected any repositories to install
4. you're up to no good
